Employment Contracts in Sierra Leone: Through our EOR services, we offer:

Standard Working Hours and Overtime:

  • Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime: Paid at 25% above the average wage for up to 10 extra hours per week.
  • Work on rest days requires 100% extra salary.

Probation Period and Termination:

  • Probation: Up to 6 months, extendable once.
  • Termination: 30-day notice required for unlimited contracts. No notice required for limited contracts or termination during probation.
